Damage
You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Damage deposit or insurance options are available at booking.
Verification
To verify your identity and age (must be over 24 to rent), the renter must provide a photo of a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license before check-in. Name, face, and birthday is all we need to see (all information is confidential). This safety measure is to ensure you are who you say you are and protect our home from damage.
