Privacy policy

What we collect.When you book or contact us we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, stay dates, guest counts, renter age, and any message you send. That's it — no trackers following you around the internet, no data brokers.

Payments.Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their privacy policy.

Rental agreements. Signed rental agreements are processed and stored through DocuSign.

How we use it. To operate your booking: confirming dates, collecting payment, sending your rental agreement, arrival details and door codes, and stay-related messages. If you book with us directly, we may occasionally let you know about future availability — every such email has an opt-out, and we stop the moment you use it.

What we never do. Sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

Retention & questions. We keep booking records as long as tax and legal obligations require. Questions, corrections, or deletion requests: email shoreline.sanctuary.azle@gmail.com and a human answers.
